Return Eligibility:

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accompanying materials must be intact and included.
  • Personalized, engraved, customized and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate the return process, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Package & Ship: Safely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accompanying materials are included and ship it back to our

Processing Your Refund:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund will depending on your financial institution's processing times.

If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (such as returns outside the return window, visible signs of wear, etc), we reserve the right to adjust or refuse refunds.
